Rita M. Simmons (nee Kalata), wife of Keith Simmons and mother to Peter III, Steven, Carl, and Stephanie, passed away, leaving a lasting impact on her family. She was a devoted grandmother to Steven Jr., Travis, Natalie, Peter IV, Olivia, Abel, Wyatt, and the late Abigail and Danielle.

Rita's memory will be treasured by her husband, children, grandchildren, and siblings. A visitation was held on Friday at Lawn Funeral Home in Tinley Park, IL, followed by a funeral service at St. Stephen Deacon & Martyr Church.

May Rita M. Simmons rest in peace, her legacy of love and devotion carried on by her family and all who knew her.
