Matthew Ryan Carter, age 30, passed away on April 4, 2025, in Manteno, Illinois. He was known for his strong work ethic, humor, and kindness. Matthew is survived by his parents, Ronald and Donna Carter, and other family members.

A celebration of Matthew's life will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Vandenberg Funeral Home in Tinley Park, Illinois, starting at 1:00 PM, with a service at 3:00 PM.
