Certain taxing jurisdictions are implementing or adjusting their Municipal or County Cannabis Retailers’ Occupation Tax rates on adult-use cannabis sales. These changes are set to take effect on July 1, 2025. The revised rates have been established by ordinance within these jurisdictions.
