Melania Worobel, aged 88, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2025, in Evergreen Park, IL. Born on January 13, 1937, in Lisiec, Poland, she emigrated to the United States in 1966, building a life centered around family and community. Known for her friendly demeanor, Melania worked at the Copper Popper and later at the Beverly Country Club, where her warm smile and kind heart made a lasting impact. Her love for gardening and dedication to her family were hallmarks of her life.

Melania is survived by her children Roman, Myron, and Maria (Russ), her grandchildren Zoe (Christian), Eric (Melanie), Hannah (Jon), Alex (Salma), and Zach, and her great-grandchildren Noah and Sophie. Melania's legacy of love and generosity will continue to inspire those who knew her.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, from 9:30AM to 11:00AM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois. The funeral service and Time of Remembrance will follow at 11:00AM in the same location. Interment will take place at Saint Mary Cemetery in Evergreen Park, Illinois.
