Wm. Roy Rehder, aged 76, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Catherine (nee Wagner) for 54 years, the loving father of Amy (Mike) Brennan, and the proud grandpa of Logan. Roy was the cherished son of the late Roy and Rita Rehder and the dear brother of George (Mary Beth) Rehder and the late Margaret (Ronald) Minto. He was a beloved son-in-law of the late James and Patricia Wagner and brother-in-law of James Wagner, the late Margie Zak, and the late Patricia Wagner. Fondly remembered as a coach, golfer, motorcyclist, softball and racquetball player, he was a proud Bogan High School Football Alumni.

Roy's visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Curley Funeral Home, 6116 W. 111th St., Chicago Ridge, proceeding to St. Linus Church, 10300 Lawler Ave. Mass will be at 11:30 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery will be held at a later date.
