Marie Rose "Bonnie" Toth nee Bracha, also known as Bonnie, peacefully transitioned to be with the Lord on May 16, 2025, at the age of 84 in Lansing, Illinois. Born on March 9, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois, to Stanley and Bessie Bracha, Bonnie was a passionate educator who spent 20 years teaching Math at Marian Catholic High School in Chicago Heights. She was devoted to math and aiding others in their understanding of the subject.

On June 13, 1964, Bonnie married Steven Allen Toth, Sr., and together they raised three children in Lansing. An actively involved mother, she participated in various community roles, such as Girl Scout Cookie Mom and Little League team mom. Her passion for books, puzzles, baking, gardening, quilting, and sewing was well-known, and she shared these interests with her grandchildren. Bonnie's legacy is adorned with her love and selflessness as a mother and grandmother.

Bonnie is survived by her children Beth Bugg, Steven Allen Toth, Jr., and Susan Fennelly, along with nine cherished grandchildren and beloved dog Goldie. She is preceded in death by her husband, Steven Allen Toth, Sr. A celebration of Bonnie's life will be held on May 25, 2025, at Schroeder Lauer Funeral Home in Lansing, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Indiana Shelter and Adoption Center in Munster, Indiana.
