Ronald R. Groff, aged 89, of Bourbonnais, passed away on May 21, 2025, at his home. Born on March 19, 1936, in Quincy, IL, Ronald was the son of Delmor and Virginia Groff. He married Peggy Howell on July 17, 1979, at the Kankakee County Courthouse.

A dedicated worker, Ronald was the owner-operator of Groff Testing Corporation for sixty years. Known for his strong work ethic, he took pride in his business and was always a hard worker. Ronald cherished spending time with his grandchildren and family, displaying a great sense of humor and love for his wife's cooking. He found joy in watching sports, displaying generosity towards his loved ones.

Surviving is his wife, Peggy, his children Tina Hadders, Tim Hadders, Jeff Groff, and Jill Groff, along with his brother Dick Groff, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents and his brother James Groff.
