Cathryn Lucille Fleming, aged 81, passed away peacefully at her Coal City home on May 24, 2025. Born on November 15, 1943, to Louis and Margaret Campo, Cathy dedicated herself to her family and community. An expert seamstress, pianist, and artist, Cathy's creativity and talents shone through her various projects and contributions. Her love for travel, historical sites, schnauzers, and reading were just a few of her passions. She is survived by her daughters Dr. Christina Fleming and Dr. Maria Fleming, four grandchildren, sister Cindy, sister-in-law Judy, and other relatives. Preceded in death by her parents, husband James Fleming, and brother Louis Jr., the family appreciates the care provided by her caretakers and Lightways Hospice.
