Nancy S. Lyne, nee Grace, 90, of Chicago, IL and Grand Beach, MI, passed away on June 8, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Jeremiah and the loving mother of Terrence (Kathleen), Timothy (Mary), and Sheila (John) Mastandrea. Nancy was the proud grandmother of Patrick, Megan, Emma Lyne, and Thomas, Charles, Andrew Lyne. She was also the cherished daughter of the late John and Nell Grace, and sister of Marilyn and Jack (Margaret) Grace.

Nancy's legacy includes adored nieces, nephews, countless friends, and former students. She was known for her infectious positivity and boundless energy. Nancy spent nearly 20 years as a second-grade teacher at Christ the King School. She loved entertaining guests with her favorite songs, Danny Boy and Mr. Wonderful, spreading love and laughter wherever she went.

A visitation will be held at Curley Funeral Home in Chicago Ridge on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, June 12, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m. at Most Holy Redeemer Church in Evergreen Park, IL, followed by interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
