John H. Masson | Colonial Chapel Funeral Home & Crematory
John H. Masson, a US Army Air Force Veteran, passed away on June 30, 2025, at the age of 98. He was the beloved husband of Eleanore Masson for 72 years and the loving father of three children. John was a proud grandfather and great-grandfather, known for his passion for building radio-controlled airplanes, love for the Chicago Cubs, and enjoyment of fishing and nature at his Michigan cottage. He was also recognized for his woodworking and mechanical skills. Visitation will be held on July 7, 2025, with the funeral service taking place on July 8, 2025, at Colonial Chapel in Orland Park.
