Gena Marie Hanley, 57, of Frankfort, Illinois, passed away peacefully at home. She was the beloved wife of Michael, mother of Christopher, Courtney, and Justin, and grandmother of Meadow and Lili. Gena was the loving daughter of Jacqueline Pappalardo and was preceded in death by her father Fred.

Gena had a passion for music, dancing, dogs, and laughter. Known for her contagious laugh, she will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Kurtz Memorial Chapel in Frankfort on July 20, 2025. Gena's memory will be cherished by those touched by her love and joyous spirit
