Katherine Rose Huspek, 101, of Elwood, IL, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2025. She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Katherine was known for her kind and generous spirit, unwavering faith, and love for the Chicago Cubs. A visitation and Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 20th, at Forsythe Gould Funeral Home and St. Joseph Catholic Church in Manhattan, IL, respectively. Donations to Ciel Senior Living in Plainfield, IL, are welcomed in her memory.
