Wilmington, Illinois - Paul W. Hicks, III, 58, of Wilmington, Illinois, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, at his home. Hicks, born on March 19, 1967, in Kingsport, Tennessee, was a graduate of Wilmington High School and retired from IBEW Local Union #176. He is survived by his children, Destiny Hicks and Devin Hicks, and his grandson, Gavin Stacy. Cremation rites have been accorded, and a celebration of life is being planned for a later date. Services and arrangements are under the care of Reeves, Fruland and Baskerville Funeral Homes and Crematory.
