Human services would receive $4M for capital projects under Rauner budget

Budget 06

Only 0.05 percent of the governor's 2019 capital budget request would fund Illinois Department of Human Services projects, according to a state analysis.

In all, the budget includes $4 million for the department.

All of the project funds would come from the capital development fund.
