Democrat Jesse White has won the Secretary of State race against Republican Jason Helland.
With 54 percent of the precincts reporting, White, the incumbent, had 71 percent of the vote with a total of 1,907,727 votes.
Helland received 27 percent of the vote with a total of 724,529 votes.
