Supporters of former President Donald Trump came to Washington, D.C., in front of Freedom Plaza last Tuesday to let the Biden Administration know that they have not conceded to him, according to Capitolfax.
Former national security adviser and loyal Trump supporter Michael Flynn pushed the narrative that the former president won the 2020 presidential election. Flynn joined Trump’s supporters, telling the crowd, “We should not accept this,” referring to Biden’s ascendancy to the White House, according to Capitolfax.
Stop the Steal rally organizer Ali Alexander joined the throng of supporters and said that activists in their organization are going to start “a rebellion against the Deep State.”
Alexander’s colleague Alex Bruesewitz echoed the sentiments of Trump supporters when he said, “We will never acknowledge Joe Biden as the president of the United States.”
Bruesewitz is now working alongside Catalina Lauf, a Republican who plans on challenging Adam Kinzinger for his Illinois congressional seat.
