Judi Bradley motioned to go to closed session. Deneca Avant
seconded the motion. Motion carried. Meeting closed session 10:05 am. Closed Session:
Case 1: CWEL: 2021-0122 DP
Case CWEL 2021-0122 DP came to the Board from ERLT. Motion: Judi Bradley moved to preliminary suspend the license of DP based on 412.50 (5), (10) and 412.90 pending OIG investigation and AHU recommendation. Carly Jones seconded the motion. Discussion: Vote: Unanimous. Motion carries. License of DP is preliminary suspended.
Case 2: CWEL: 2021-0125 SK
Case CWEL 2021-0125 SK came to the Board from ERLT. Janet Ahern recused herself from the case. Motion: Judi Bradley moved to preliminary suspend the license of SK based on 412.50 (5), (10) and 412.90 pending OIG investigation and AHU recommendation. Carly Jones seconded the motion. Discussion: Vote: Unanimous. Motion carries. License of SK is preliminary suspended.
Case 3: CWEL: 2021-0124 BPW
Case CWEL 2021-0124 BPW came to the Board from ERLT. Motion: Judi Bradley moved to preliminary suspend the license of BPW based on 412.50 (5), (10) and 412.90 pending OIG investigation and AHU recommendation. Deneca Avant seconded the motion. Case 4: CWEL: 2021-0119 TT
Case CWEL 2021-01119 TT came to the Board from ERLT. Motion: Judi Bradley moved to table the case of TT pending receipt of additional information from One Hope United and OIG investigation Janet Ahern seconded the motion. Discussion: Vote: Unanimous. Motion carries.
