I. OPENING OF MEETING 10:00 A.M.—160 North LaSalle Street, S-401, Chicago, IL and via WebEx videoconference.
II. PRESENT
Lynne O. Sered, Chairman of the Local Panel; Charles E. Anderson, Member of the Local Panel; Angela C. Thomas, Member of the Local Panel (attending by WebEx); Helen J. Kim, General Counsel; Kimberly F. Stevens, Executive Director (participating by WebEx); and staff members (in attendance by WebEx).
III. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Member Anderson made a motion to leave open session and enter executive session for consideration of evidence and testimony presented at the strike investigation in L-SI-21-003 during open session pursuant to Section 2(c)(4) of the Open Meetings Act. Member Thomas seconded the motion, and the Board passed it unanimously by roll call and voice vote. Member Anderson made a motion to leave executive session and enter open session. Member Thomas seconded the motion, and the Board passed it unanimously by a roll call and voice vote.
IV. BOARD ACTIONS
A. Case No. L-SI-21-003
County of Cook, Health and Hospital System and National Nurses Organizing Committee
Board heard testimony of witnesses in connection with the Strike Investigation Petition filed by the employer. Chairman Sered call for a motion to continue the meeting to 9:00 am on June 22, 2021. Member Anderson seconded the motion, and the Board passed it unanimously, by a roll call and voice vote.

After a review of the evidence presented during the strike investigation, Chairman Sered called for a motion to adopt the written findings based on the investigation. Member Thomas made a motion to approve written findings based on the investigation. Member Anderson seconded the motion, and the Board passed it unanimously by a roll call and voice vote.
B. Case No. L-SI-21-004
County of Cook, Health and Hospital System and SEIU, Local 73
Board heard testimony of witnesses in connection with the Strike Investigation Petition filed by the employer. Chairman Sered call for a motion to continue the meeting to 9:00 am on June 23, 2021. Member Thomas made the motion, Member Anderson seconded the motion, and the Board passed it unanimously by a roll call and voice vote.

After a review of the evidence presented during the strike investigation, Chairman Sered called for a motion to adopt the written findings based on the investigation. Member Anderson made a motion to approve written findings based on the investigation. Member Thomas seconded the motion, and the Board passed it unanimously by a roll call and voice vote.
B. Case No. L-SI-21-005
County of Cook, Health and Hospital System and SEIU, Local 73
Board reviewed parties’ stipulations in resolution of the Strike Investigation Petition filed by the employer. Chairman Sered call for a motion to approve written findings incorporating the parties’ stipulations. Member Anderson made the motion, Member Anderson seconded the motion, and the Board passed it unanimously by a roll call and voice vote.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Sered called for a motion to adjourn. Member Anderson made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and the Board passed it unanimously by a roll call and voice vote.
