Here is the agenda as provided by the board:

Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll call.

1. Lack of apparent conformity of petitions;

      a. Tommy Belg, Governor; (pg.1)

      b. Babette U. Peyton, United States Representative – 1st District. (pg.2)

2. Recess the State Board of Elections and convene as the State Officers Electoral Board.

3. Call cases and accept appearances – objections to new party and independent candidate nominating petitions for the November 8, 2022 General Election; (pg.3)

      a. Vaught v. Walker, 22SOEBGE500;

      b. Lukaszek v. Romanelli, 22SOEBGE501;

      c. Jackson v. White, 22SOEBGE502.

4. Approve the Rules of Procedure for the State Officers Electoral Board. (pgs.4-23)

5. Authorize the General Counsel to appoint Hearing Examiners as required. (pg.24)

6. Recess the State Officers Electoral Board and reconvene as the State Board of Elections.

7. Other business.
