D. Discussion – Forrestal Public Schools on Military Installations (PSMI) Grant Process Recommendations (IA/FOP) $ TBD

(Time: 7:15pm) Dr. Price updated this is a three step process which will start in May. A collaboration with the Navy to figure out the best option of rebuilding the school. There are a few options (build a brand new school, build multi level building on top of the best part of existing building) for completing the estimated $55 million project. E. Discussion – High Reliability Schools (HRS) Expansion (IA/FOP) $324,049

(Time: 7:21pm) Dr. Fuhrer presented HRS. We currently use HRS at NMSA and AJK which is a framework that resources school improvement work / student achievement. There are five levels; the first three levels are required and the other two are optional. HRS helps confirm what is working well and identifies what needs attention.
