I. Call to Order and Roll Call 

• Scott Risolute, called the meeting to order and conducted the roll call. 

• Quorum was established.

II. Meeting Minutes 

• Motion: To approve February 26, 2024, Task Force Meeting Minutes. 

• Motion by: Avalon Betts-Gaston

• Seconded by: Benjamin Ruddell

• Voice vote conducted 

o All Yea

o None against nor abstentions.

o Motion carries /passes

III. Vote on Final Report 

• Chair Peters- presented that the meeting is to vote on the final report that was circulated to members. These recommendations were voted on in our last meeting on February 26, 2024, and the final report circulated to all taskforce members in advance to vote on today.

• Scott Risolute - Provided explanation for the circulated versions of the report which had no substitutive changes. The primary changes were made to the group composition with the addition of Mr. John Carol. There were others that were not in the correct category. On page 11, there was mention of the Department of Labor but that was removed because it was not supported in the body of the final report.
