Illinois grants tax relief due to computerized vehicle registration outage

The Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR) is providing relief for taxpayers affected by the outage of CDK Global’s Computerized Vehicle Registration (CVR) system. This outage has impacted the filing of Forms ST-556, Sales Tax Transaction Return, and ST-556-LSE, Transaction Return for Leases.
