The Illinois State Fair is offering new holiday gift options, including an "Illinois' Best" cookbook and special passes for the 2024 fair. The cookbook features prize-winning recipes from the fair, providing a range of dishes from main courses to desserts. It can be purchased in person at the Illinois State Fairgrounds for $15 or online for $20, which includes shipping.

In addition to the cookbook, experience gifts are also available with the introduction of Mega and Jumbo Passes for the 2024 fair. Sales begin on November 15th, and passes can be bought online or at the fairgrounds during business hours. The Mega Pass offers unlimited rides at both Carnival Midway and Adventure Village throughout all 11 days of the fair. The Jumbo Pass includes these benefits plus unlimited access to the Giant Slide.

Holiday sale prices are set at $70 for Mega Passes and $80 for Jumbo Passes until December 31st. Prices will increase on January 1st, with spring sale prices set at $80 and $90 respectively, followed by summer sale prices of $100 and $110.

Additionally, discount admission booklets are available for purchase at $45 each, containing eleven any-day adult admissions. Infield parking passes are offered for $40, valid every day of the fair.
