The Illinois State Fair is set to offer a variety of holiday gift options this season, beginning Wednesday, November 15. Among the new offerings is an "Illinois' Best" cookbook featuring prize-winning recipes from the fair. The cookbook is available for purchase in person at the fairgrounds for $15 or online for $20, including shipping.
In addition to the cookbook, experience gifts are being promoted as a trend for 2024. The Illinois State Fair will sell Mega and Jumbo Passes starting November 15. These passes can be bought online or at the fairgrounds during business hours. The Mega Pass offers unlimited rides at both the Carnival Midway and Adventure Village throughout the 11 days of the fair, while the Jumbo Pass includes unlimited carnival rides and access to the Giant Slide.
During the holiday sale period from November 15 to December 31, Mega Passes are priced at $70 and Jumbo Passes at $80. Prices will increase on January 1.
Additionally, discount admission booklets containing eleven any-day adult admissions are available for $45. Infield parking passes can also be purchased for $40, valid every day of the fair.
