Claudia M. Benda (nee Radwan), 71, passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Phillip Benda and the longtime companion of Robert Zihala. Claudia was the loving mother of Katie Zbacnik and Karrie Benda, and the proud grandmother of Colin, Camille, and Coco. She was the cherished daughter of the late Joseph, Helen, and Wally. Claudia retired from Palos Hospital after many years of service.

Claudia cherished her time with her family, enjoyed her weekly pinochle club, and was an avid reader of the Chicago Tribune.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 3-8 p.m. A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, December 6, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, with inurnment at Orland Memorial Park Cemetery.
