Robert J. Zaker Sr., aged 81, of Homer Glen, IL, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Irene nee Przyslak and the loving father of Kimberly Campbell, Dawn Smolinski, Renee Stetz, Robert Jr. Zaker, Christine Kelliher, Mark Zaker, Sharon Vodicka, Stephen Zaker, Michelle Zaker, and Michael Zaker. Robert was a cherished grandfather of 38 and a caring great-grandfather. He was also the fond brother of the late Florence Tafelski and the late Leroy Zaker. Robert will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th, at Orland Funeral Home, with the funeral service on Friday, November 15th, at St. Michael Church in Orland Park, followed by interment at St. Casimir Cemetery in Chicago.
