Maria Kwak (nee Karkoszka), 87, of Tinley Park, passed away surrounded by her loved ones. She was the daughter of the late Franciszek and Zofia (nee Zubek), and is survived by her sons Stanley and John, grandchildren Michael, Kristopher, Agatha, and Maggie, and great-grandchildren Jackson and Dawson. Maria was predeceased by her husband Marian and siblings Aniela and Stanisław Karkoszka. She will be fondly remembered by her family and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19th, from 3-8pm, with prayers on Friday at 9:45am at the funeral home before proceeding to St. Stephen Deacon and Martyr Catholic Church for Mass at 10:30am. Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to honor Maria Kwak's memory.
