Black Hawk State Historic Site in Rock Island is set to host a Valentine's Day event featuring a moonlit trail walk and live music. Scheduled for Friday, February 14, the event welcomes couples, singles, families, and friends to enjoy an evening stroll along a luminary-lit path starting at 6:30 p.m.

Participants can indulge in hot cocoa, cider, freshly made donuts, and the warmth of a fire while enjoying live music at the Watch Tower Lodge. The historic site offers this unique experience for those looking to celebrate the day with nature and entertainment.

The Black Hawk State Historic Site is located at 1800 46th Ave., Rock Island. Visitors are reminded that the museum operates from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.
