New Lenox, IL - Chester D. Ryske, age 69, of New Lenox, IL, passed away on February 9, 2025. Chester attended Mass at St. Mary Church in Mokena, IL and was known for his dedication to his family and career. He was a professional, hard-working individual who had a love for reading, particularly enjoying Stephen King books. A dedicated Notre Dame football fan, Chester also had an interest in history and enjoyed watching horror films. But above all, he cherished spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Chester was the beloved husband of Barbara A. Ryske (nee Dlotkowski) for over 50 years and the loving father of Dawn (Mark) White, Christopher (Kaitlyn) Ryske, and Patrick Ryske. He was a cherished grandfather to Madelin, Jake, and Lindsey. Chester was the son of the late Chester and Patricia Ryske.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church in Mokena, IL. The interment will be held privately.
