Jairus Paolo Castañeda passed away on February 23, 2025. He is survived by his parents Barbara A. Salazar nee Owens and Jairo A. Castaneda, siblings Christy Stark and Mark Tannous, nephews Kristopher, Maison, and Ethan, great nephew Mateo, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jairus will be remembered for his love by family and friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025, at Hann Funeral Home in Bridgeview, IL, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Our Lady at St. Germaine Catholic Church in Oak Lawn, IL. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
