Irene A. Wasag, formerly Irene Hutzler, passed away at the age of 87 on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Ronald J. Wasag and devoted mother of Brenda Craven, Jeffrey Wasag, and Kevin Wasag. Irene was a loving grandmother of 8 and cherished great-grandmother of 6. She is survived by her brother Melvin Hutzler.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Monday, March 3, 2025, starting with Chapel Prayers at 9:00 a.m. at the Becvar & Son Funeral Home in Crestwood. A Mass will follow at 9:30 a.m. at Incarnation Catholic Church in Crestwood, with interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, Illinois.
