South Holland, Illinois - Feb. 1, 2025 - Valerie P. Miller, formerly Jones, age 66, of South Holland, IL, passed away on February 1, 2025. She was the beloved wife of John Miller, loving mother of Bria Miller, Coty Terry and her husband Joshua Terry, Asia Miller, and Madison Miller, and proud grandmother of Bella and Carter Massey.

Valerie was a retired employee of the University of Chicago. She leaves behind four siblings, several nieces and nephews, and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 noon at Covenant Fellowship Church in South Holland, IL, with services conducted by Rev. Richard Zekveld. Memorial contributions may be given to the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Smits Funeral Home in South Holland, IL.
