Patricia Frances Campione, known affectionately as Pat, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2025 at her sister's home in Hinsdale, IL. Born on June 20, 1951, in Chicago, IL, Pat's life was marked by a dedication to education and a commitment to her family.

She was the loving wife of the late Allan Campione and the beloved daughter of Ed and Helen Tomasik. Pat's siblings, along with her brother-in-law Gary Campione, fondly remember her as a guiding light in their lives. Her role as a caring aunt extended to her many nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.

Pat was an academic scholar, holding a Ph.D. in Psychology from DePaul University and teaching at various high schools and universities. She found joy in music, gardening, fishing, and volunteering at various organizations. Pat's spirit of service shone through her work with Children's Memorial Hospital, Morton Arboretum, and local libraries and parishes.

Her journey ended due to thyroid cancer, bringing her peace and a reunion with her loved ones. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium in Justice, Illinois. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, March 1, 2025 with prayers and procession starting at 9:00AM and a Mass at Saint Daniel the Prophet Church in Chicago, Illinois. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, Illinois. Memorial donations to cancer research organizations are welcomed in her honor.
