John Howard Eichhorn, 92, passed away on March 11, 2025, at Lightway's Hospice Home in Joliet. A Marine who served during the Korean War, John later pursued a successful career as a lithographer in the printing press industry, known for his strong work ethic.

Survived by his sons John and William, daughter Julie, and grandchildren, John will be remembered for his kindness and sense of humor. Visitation will be held at Anderson Memorial Home in Plainfield, IL, starting at 11:00 a.m. with burial at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Alsip.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lightway's Hospice in Joliet. John was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and a son.
