Bourbonnais, Illinois - Sue M. Harmison, 88, of Bourbonnais, formerly of Bradley, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025 at Prairieview Lutheran Home in Danforth. Born on January 12, 1937 in Pike County, New Salem, IL, she was the daughter of Melvin & Pauline (Morris) Moore. Sue married Jim Harmison on April 20, 1957 in Griggsville, IL. She was a 1955 graduate of Griggsville High School and worked as a secretary at Bradley Elementary School until her retirement in 2002. Sue was known for her love of the St. Louis Cardinals and watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren play sports. She enjoyed playing Mahjong and was a member of K.I.E.O.P. Sue is survived by two daughters, Kim (Bob) Dunbar of Bourbonnais and Kari Harmison of Tinley Park, two grandchildren, Zach (Sarah) Dunbar and Eric (Kiley) Dunbar, and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025 at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais with visitation starting at 9 a.m. and the service at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Mound Grove Gardens in Kankakee. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the family.
