Orland Park - Daniel F. Kemp Sr., 73, a resident of Orland Park since 1988, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 7, 2025, at his home. He was the cherished husband of Lois J. Kemp for 47 years and the loving father of Dan Jr. (Holly) and Jennifer Mrdalj (Michael). Daniel was also the adored grandfather of Zoey Mrdalj. He was the dear brother of Cathleen Zimmerman, Noreen Haggerty, and Joseph Kemp, and the late James and Thomas Kemp. Daniel was a graduate of Oak Lawn High School and worked in the transportation industry for over 40 years. He had a passion for golf, hockey, and music, and will be remembered for his generous and fun-loving nature. A visitation for Daniel will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025, at Orland Funeral Home, with a service to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kemp family are appreciated.
