Leonard J. Blazek passed away unexpectedly in Phoenix, AZ on Sunday, March 23, 2025. He is survived by his daughters Bridgette and Heather, granddaughters Haley, Caitlin, Sabrina, and Amelia, as well as many beloved dogs. Leonard will be reunited in Heaven with his wife of 46 years, Patricia, his parents John and Evelyn, and his sister Judy Young.

Known for his sense of humor, gregarious spirit, and dedication to family, Leonard's passing has left his family, friends, and acquaintances in shock. He worked for years at Oak Lawn Toyota, where his exceptional customer service earned him awards and lasting friendships. After retirement, he moved to Arizona, expanding his circle of friends and finding companionship with Joy Donnelly.

Visitation for Leonard J. Blazek will be held on Monday, April 7, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with the funeral on Tuesday, April 8th. The service will begin with chapel prayers at 9:15 a.m. at Becvar & Son Funeral Home, 5539 W. 127th Street, Crestwood, proceeding to St. Alexander Catholic Church, 7025 W. 126th Street, Palos Heights for a 10:00 a.m. Mass.
