Jimmy J. Powers, 55, of South Chicago Heights, IL, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. He was a loving father to Rachel, Jacob, and Noah, and a proud grandfather of Carter and Avery. Jimmy was the beloved son of William J. and Laura Powers and a dear brother to Tracey Serna and Tara Powers-Starr. He will be missed by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Smits DeYoung-Vroegh Chapel in South Holland, IL, with a memorial service at 4:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
