FOIA Request to Western Springs Police Department Regarding April 24 Car Thefts on April 29, 2025.
As part of our commitment to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we have submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Western Springs Police Department. Our request seeks access to police reports concerning two stolen vehicle incidents that occurred on April 24, as per the department's press release. These incidents took place at the 5300 block of Central Avenue and the 5400 block of Fair Elms Avenue. Additionally, we have requested mugshots of any suspects arrested in connection with these thefts.
