1. Minutes of the February 20, 2025, Budget Committee Meeting 

The Budget Committee approved the minutes of the February 20, 2025, Budget Committee meeting.

2. Community Trauma Recovery Centers 

The Budget Committee designated $1,852,783 in SFY26 Community Trauma Resource Center funds to Live Free Chicago dba Live Free Illinois to provide holistic, trauma informed care services and promotes community healing in communities most impacted by gun violence.

3. Institute 2 Innovate 

New Designations

The Budget Committee designated $1.5 million in SFY26 American Rescue Plan Act to support capacity-building initiatives as described in the table below.
