NFIB Illinois schedules virtual session on small business resources

NFIB Illinois is organizing a virtual event on October 22 at 11:30 a.m. CT to provide information about small business resources in the state. The session will feature Noah Finley, State Director for NFIB Illinois, Aly Grady from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), and Michelle Brooks, Director of the Small Business Development Center at Illinois Eastern Community College.

The presenters will discuss two key resources available to small businesses: the First Stop Business Information Office and Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs). According to the announcement, "Aly and Michelle will guide attendees through the resources provided by the First Stop Business Information Office and SBDCs, as well as how to effectively access and utilize these resources. Q&As for these presenters will be available and moderated by NFIB staff."

Attendees are encouraged to bring questions, thoughts, or concerns. The event is open for registration online.
