Colleen A. Sopkin, born as Colleen O'Shea, is survived by her husband, Ron, and her children Dan, Mike, and Andy. A cherished "Baba" to Charlotte, Maddie, Piper, and Quinn, Colleen was the daughter of the late Bill and Mary Frances O'Shea. She was the daughter-in-law of the late Bernie and Elaine Sopkin. Known for her fun-loving spirit, Colleen was a beloved sister, sister-in-law, and aunt, leaving a gregarious impact on many lives.

Colleen dedicated over 20 years to District 111, where she was a hardworking and devoted employee. She was a well-liked figure in her community and a dear friend to many. A memorial visitation will be held at Becvar & Son Funeral Home in Crestwood on May 28, 2025, with funeral services on May 29 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Ronald McDonald House Charities would be appreciated.
