Neal Joseph Smolik | R W Patterson Funeral Homes & Crematory
Neal Joseph Smolik, also known as "BBKnees," passed away on June 4, 2025, at Lightways Hospice in Joliet, Illinois, at the age of 67. He was born on April 17, 1958, in Joliet. Neal, a resident of Braceville, Illinois, dedicated his career as a Union Laborer with Local 75 and was a member of the South Wilmington Fireman's Club. He enjoyed golf, baseball, and rooting for the Chicago Cubs. Neal is survived by his wife Judy Smolik, son Douglas Blaser, daughters Stephanie Bolz and Nicole Smolik, grandchildren, and close friends.
