Alice Slager, 96, Remembered for Family Devotion and Faith

Alice Slager, nee Fischer, passed away at the age of 96, joining her late husband William in eternal rest. She is survived by her children Diane, Darlene, William R., and grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Beloved for her devotion to family, Alice was known for her love and faith. She was the last survivor of her siblings and held a special place in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

A visitation and funeral service will be held in Orland Park, IL, on July 20, 2025, with interment at Pilgrim Home Cemetery in Holland, Michigan, on July 21, 2025. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Providence Life Services in Tinley Park, IL, are appreciated. Expressions of condolences can be shared at colonialchapel.com.
