Allan H. Sims, 87, of Frankfort, passed away at his home. He is survived by his wife Frances, sons Mark and Jeffrey, sister Muriel Long, grandchildren Jeremy, Jacqueline, Erica, Heather, and great-grandchildren Brayden, Parker, Harper, and Oliver. Allan was preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Nora Sims, and siblings Warren and Gerald.

He owned and operated the Chicago Blind Company in Joliet and enjoyed winters at The Villages in Florida, where he spent time golfing, socializing, and relaxing. Allan will be remembered for his business acumen and passion for golf.

Friends and family can gather at Kurtz Memorial Chapel in Frankfort for a visitation on July 19th, with a funeral service to follow. Donations to a charity of choice in Allan's name are welcomed in lieu of flowers.
