Justice, Illinois - Anthony J. Golczak, a retired CPD Sergeant of the 18th District, passed away on August 27, 2025. He was the cherished son of the late Walter Golczak and Alice Golczak Greig, and beloved stepson of Robert Greig. Anthony was the loving husband of Barbara, devoted father to Anthony Jr. and Kelly DeCarlo, and treasured grandpa of Caroline, Evelyn, and Michael. He was the dear brother of the late Maureen Pandolfo and a beloved uncle to many.

Anthony, known as Tony, prioritized his family above all else. He led a life characterized by service and integrity, working as a Security Officer at Daley College after retirement. An alumnus of St. Rita, he had a passion for horsemanship. His most cherished role was that of being a grandpa.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium in Justice, Illinois. The Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Saint Rita of Cascia Shrine Chapel in Chicago, with interment following at Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Anthony J. Golczak will be remembered for his dedication to his family and his exemplary service in the community.
