Tinley Park - John S. Matejka, 83, passed away. He was the beloved husband of Barbara J. Matejka and loving father of DeAnne Rothman, John Matejka, Karen Bedell, Michelle Duh, Brian Matejka, and Christopher Matejka. John was a cherished grandfather to thirteen grandchildren and a fond brother of Celine Wright.

A visitation will be held on Thursday starting at 9:00 a.m. at St. Julie Billiart Church in Tinley Park, with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warrior Project are suggested. Interment will be private. For funeral information, please call (708) 429-3200.
