Gertrude Olga Kramer, a devoted mother and faithful Christian, passed away on September 11, 2025, at the age of 98. She will be remembered for her unwavering faith, compassion, and service to the community.

Born in Chicago, IL, to William and Martha Haupt, Gertrude dedicated her life to Christ, with her love and belief shining through in all her actions. She leaves behind a legacy of love and faith, instilled in her children and grandchildren.

Gertrude will be reunited in Heaven with her husband, parents, brother, and sister-in-law. She is survived by her children, Linnea and Timothy Kramer, grandchildren Sarah, Erich, and Rebekah Kramer, and great-grandsons Joel and John.

A public service honoring Gertrude's life will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Tinley Park, IL, on September 16, 2025, with visitation and a funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to various ministries in her memory.

Gertrude's life was a testament to her deep faith and devotion to her family. She now rests in the arms of her Savior, remembered for her kindness, compassion, and unwavering trust in God.
