Mothers in Illinois and nationwide want to know their vote counted in the 2020 presidential elections and want to ensure that only legal votes were cast, according to an activist.

“There are some obvious questionable and very concerning issues with the election and moms want to know that it's a legitimate election,” Debbie Kraulidis told the Prairie State Wire. “We don't believe that the media should declare the winner. We believe this election should be handled better.”

The media declared Donald Trump the winner of the 2016 presidential election in the early hours of Nov. 9, 2016.

Kraulidis is the national vice president of Moms for America, a group that promotes the involvement of mothers in upholding life, liberty, and the U.S. Constitution.

The mother of three was a featured speaker at the March for Trump rally Nov. 14 in Washington, D.C.. She is speaking Saturday at a Stop the Steal rally on the steps of the DuPage County Clerk’s office in Wheaton at noon.

“Here's our main concern,” she said. “If we don't have a legitimate presidential election, we really don't have an America.”

Regarding her doubts that the election was legal and fair, Kraulidis cites comments made by President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani on Thursday.

“There are more ballots than people,” Kraulidis said. “There are interesting things that happened in the middle of the evening with votes being dumped. There's the Dominion voting machine software. There are affidavits from people in various counties. There is a whole box of problems.”

Although Giuliani presented no evidence of fraud during a news conference this week, he alleged fraud is the "logical conclusion" as a result of incidents he alleges took place in various states.

“What emerges there is not a singular voter fraud in one state," he told journalists. "This pattern repeats itself in a number of states...almost exactly the same pattern which to any experienced investigator or prosecutor would suggest there was a plan from a centralized place to execute these various acts of voter fraud specifically focused on big cities controlled by Democrats and that have a long history of corruption.”

No state has reported evidence of massive voter irregularities on Election Day, and Republican Sen. Joni Ernst of Iowa said Giuliani needed to "present the information to a court of law," according to Forbes.

Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Boockvar is pending before the U.S. Supreme Court. CBS News reports that counties were ordered by Justice Samuel Alito on Nov. 6 to segregate late-arriving ballots and count them separately after Republicans filed an emergency request.

Moms for America is non-partisan but the group favors Trump.

“Moms are concerned because there's been so much talk on the other side about this becoming a socialist country and what we love about President Trump is his comments that not under his watch will America become a socialist country and that's very, very important to moms,” Kraulidis said.
