In an Aug. 31 Facebook post, gubernatorial candidate Sen. Darren Bailey (R-Louisville) announced a fundraising event.
“Friends, our Annual Evening at the Farm Fundraiser is coming up and ticket sales are live! This is a wonderful event held right in our backyard. Come enjoy music, food, and freedom!" Bailey posted.
He posted a link to buy tickets or sponsorships
The event will be held at Bailey's farm, 6121 Xenia Iola Road, on Sunday, Oct. 2 from 3 to 7 p.m.
Tickets for children are $15; adult tickets are $75; tickets for couples are $100. There are also sponsorship opportunities available, ranging from $1,000 to $10,000.
Bailey is the Republican nominee for governor. He received 57.4% of the vote among the six Republican candidates in the primary.
